Christmas in July

One year Nick and I went to a Christmas In July party and were introduced to the Poinsettia cocktail. Refreshing, bubbly and pretty in its holiday color, the Poinsettia became our favorite Christmas cocktail. So whether it is served during a Christmas in July party or on Christmas day, guests will be delighted with this sparkling cocktail.

Ingredients

4 oz. chilled champagne

2 oz. cranberry juice

Directions

1. Pour chilled champagne into a champagne flute or  tulip glass.

2. Add cranberry juice.
