Garlic Knots

Keep the vampires away with these scrumptious, flaky, and buttery garlic knots!

Ingredients
14-ounce pizza dough
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
sea salt

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the basil, parsley, and salt.

Cut the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into an 8 inch long rope. Take the ends of the rope and tie into a knot.

Brush the knots with half of the melted butter-garlic mixture and bake for 15 minutes. Brush with the remaining butter-garlic mixture and bake for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
