Roasted Edamame with Sea Salt

I have been slender most of my life, however there was a brief period where I was quite overweight. Although it took a few years to lose the weight, I was able to through exercise and a proper diet. I have discovered healthier snacks, such as roasted edamame. These bright, crisp little soybeans are delectably crunchy with just the right amount of salt. With a snack like this, it will be easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight.
