Ingredients

Hershey chocolate kisses

chocolate covered cookies

orange or green decorating frosting

black and orange sanding sugar

Directions

Attach a Hershey kiss to the center of the chocolate covered cookie using the decorating frosting. 

Pipe the frosting around the base of the Hershey kiss. Sprinkle frosting with black and orange sanding sugar.
