Witches' Broomsticks
Ingredients
6 sticks string cheese
12 pretzels
chives
Directions
Cut each piece of string cheese in half, creating 2 shorter sticks. Working one at a time, make 4 cuts vertically one end of the cheese, about 3/4 inch from the top. Rotate and cut 3 to 4 more slices, resembling bristles of a broomstick. Gently press the pretzel stick into the uncut end. Tie a chive around the middle of the uncut top of the cheese stick.
