Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
1 cup bourbon
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest
juice of orange
juice of orange
4 ounces pecan pieces, toasted
Directions
Bring cranberries, bourbon, sugar, and orange zest to a boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, bringing to a simmer, and cook until the cranberries burst and mixture is thickened, 20-25 minutes. Fold in the pecans and transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
