Mini Baked Brie Cups

                                                                        Mini Baked Brie Cups



Ingredients
12 mini pastry shells
small brie wheel, rind removed
cherry preserves
pistachios, roughly chopped

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange pastry shells on a baking sheet. Cut the brie into bite size pieces and place in shells. Top each shell with a generous spoonful of cherry preserves. 

Bake in a 375 F degree oven until bubbling, 5 to 8 minutes. Top with chopped pistachios. Serve warm.
