Everything Bagel Seasoning

My resolution for the new year is  to eat healthier. That does not mean I am going to give up flavor. By adding Everything Bagel Sprinkle to my favorite foods - salmon, avocado, eggs, salad,, popcorn, and hummus, I  will have  everything: healthy food, delicious flavor, and texture!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onions
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
In a jar with a lid, combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, and salt. Attach the lid and store the jar in a cool, dry place. Keeps for several months.

note: I added black sesame seeds for extra texture.
