Goat Cheese with Edible Flowers
Ingredients
4 ounces goat cheese, soften
freshly ground white pepper
edible flowers, such as lilacs
Directions
Line a ramekin with plastic wrap and set aside.
Add freshly ground white pepper to softened goat cheese and stir to combine.
Add the goat cheese mixture to the ramekin. Using a spoon , pack the mixture down. Pull pastic wrap over goat cheese and refrigerate 30-45 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and invert the ramekin onto a plate and remove plastic wrap. Garnish with the edible flowers.
