Spicy Szechuan Shrimp with Snow Peas
4 Japones chile peppers, dried
1/4 cup Szechuan chili sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 1/2 sesame oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together Szechuan chili sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger, honey, and Japones chile peppers. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Next add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in sauce and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.

2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger4 Japones chile peppers, dried

2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 1/2 sesame oil
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together Szechuan chili sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger, honey, and Japones chile peppers. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Serve over rice.
