Your little pumpkin will be delighted with these adorable and delectable Jack-O-Lantern Quesadillas. Happy Halloween!
Jack-O-Lantern Quesadillas
Ingredients
8 flour tortillas
2 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese,
pepper jack cheese, or American cheese
slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F..
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the Jack O' Lantern's face on 4 of the tortillas.
Place the remaining 4 tortillas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of each tortilla and cover with the carved tortilla.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
