Once autumn begins, I find I use pumpkin pie spice often. It enhances the flavors of pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin spice cookies, and lattes. This season I decided to create my own pumpkin pie spice - so easy to make with just the right amount of spice. Once you make this, you will no longer want to buy the store bought brand again.

2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice
