Snow Moon Cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz. vodka
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup white sanding sugar
Directions
Combine 1/4 cup coconut cream with 1/4 cup water, mix until well blended. Pour mixture into a circular ice mold. Place into freezer and freeze 6-8 hours.
Rim a coup glass with sanding sugar and set aside.
Pour vodka into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and strain into the prepared coupe glass. Gently place the moon-shaped ice cube into glass.
