Food shopping online during this pandemic can be quite challenging. It often takes days to get a spot for a delivery and that is after trying every five minutes from 4 a.m. until you can no longer keep your eyes open, usually around midnight. Once you get a delivery spot, you hope they have the items you have ordered, but most likely they do not and they often send you something else instead. Well this happened to me today. Rather than lettuce, I received a bag of shaved Brussels sprouts. Although I was looking forward to a delectable salad and wasn't sure what to do with a bag of shaved Brussels sprouts, I decided to make the best of it and sauté them. These Brussels Sprouts were so easy to make, delicious, flavorful, and had the right amount of texture, I now look forward to my next online food shopping challenge.
