It is a yearly tradition to celebrate my sweet friend Linda's birthday in style with a decadent cocktail. The challenge for me is to create a cocktail magnificent enough to honor Linda on her special day. This year I decided to make a Birthday Cake Martini; creamy with the sublime flavors of a birthday cake and elegantly topped with whipped cream and mermaid sprinkles, it is the perfect birthday cocktail. Birthday Cake Martini
Ingredients
2 ounces Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 ounces cake flavored vodka
1 ounce rum
1 ounce half and half
whipped cream
pastel colored sanding sugar
mermaid sprinkles
Directions
Rim a cocktail glass with sanding sugar and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, cake flavored vodka, rum, and half and half. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared cocktail glass. Top cocktail with whipped cream nd mermaid sprinkles.
