Gluten-Free Lo Mein
Ingredients
for the lo mein
8 ounces gluten-free lo mein noodles
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
sesame oil
for the sauce
4 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
2 tablespoons gluten-free oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions, less one minute. Drain and set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the red bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry 4-5 minutes.
Add the lo mein noodles and soy sauce mixture, and gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
