Harvest Moon Cocktail

Celebrate weekend's gorgeous Harvest Moon with this whimsical and stunning cocktail!

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. silver tequila

1/2 oz. Cointreau

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 oz. lime juice

splash grenadine

coarse salt

Directions

Combine orange juice, lime juice, and grenadine, mix well. Pour mixture into a circular ice mold. Place into freezer and freeze 6-8 hours.

Rim a coupe glass with coarse salt and set aside.

Pour tequila and Cointreau into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and pour into the prepared coupe glass. Gently place the moon-shaped ice cube into the glass.
