Dia de Los Muertos Cocktail

This cocktail is inspired by a trip to Disney with my son Patrick, daughter-in-law Vanessa, and grandson Jakob. I was lucky enough to be their guest; and while in Disney we visited The Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT. The Mexican Pavilion with its vibrant colors, authentic decorations, and images of Mexico and its holidays was stunning. The Dia de Los Muertos, (Day of the Dead) was particularly striking and memorable.

We celebrated Jakob's birthday at the San Angel Inn Restaurante. The food was scrumptious and the margaritas delectable. It was probably the best Mexican food I have had and the margaritas were above and beyond. It was truly a magical experience.

I lovingly dedicate this blog to Patrick, Vanessa, and Jakob.
