Everything but the Bagel Salmon

When it comes to food, I want it all! Flavor, texture, healthy food, and elegance: I simply want everything. And that is what I get with Salmon with Everything but the Bagel Salmon. It delivers everything in one scrumptious bite.

                                             Everything but the Bagel Seasoning


Ingredients
Two 4 oz. salmon fillets, skin on, room temperature
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasonings
2 teaspoon hot honey 
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Brush salmon lightly with olive oil, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Press the skinless-side down into the everything bagel seasoning and drizzle with the honey. Place the salmon skin side-down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 10-15 minutes.

Serve with a salad.
