Enjoy tonight's gorgeous and rare Pink Moon with this decadent and whimsical cocktail.
Pink Moon
\Ingredients
1/2 cup lemonade
1/2 oz. lime juice
splash grenadine
1 1/2 ounce silver tequila
1/2 ounce Cointreau
coarse salt.
Directions
Combine lemonade, lime juice, and grenadine, mix well. Pour mixture into a circular ice mold. Place into freezer and freeze 6-8 hours.
Rim a coupe glass with with coarse salt and set aside.
Pour tequila and Cointreau into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and pour into prepared coupe glass. Gently place the moon-shaped ice cube into the glass.
