Ingredients

1 ounce bourbon

1 ounce honey simple syrup

1 ounce fresh lemon juice 

lemon slice

1 sage leaf

seltzer

Directions

Combine the bourbon, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, and one sage leaf in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for  30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
