Mini "Carrot" Peppers

These adorable and delicious Mini "Carrot" Peppers stuffed with a decadent herb cream cheese filling will enhance your springtime feast. The flavors from the cream cheese paired with the fresh dill and the sweetness from the mini peppers are so delectable. These cute and delicious treats will  delight your guests and have them begging you to make them again.

                                                                       Mini "Carrot" Peppers


 Ingredients
mini orange peppers
fresh dill sprigs
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced 
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
11/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
Slice the orange peppers length wise and scrape out the veins and seeds.

Combine the cream cheese, garlic, dill, chives, basil, and salt. Mix until well blended.

Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each pepper half.

Place a spring of dill into the cream cheese filling to resemble a carrot.
