Chili Crisp Tomato Salad

I love tomatoes, especially summer tomatoes. I love them grilled, baked, in sauces, and in salads. I also love spice - the spicier the better. Chili Crisp Tomato Salad is the perfect flavor bomb with the sweetness and saltiness from the tomatoes and the spice from the chili crisp. This healthy and delectable salad takes less than 10 minutes to make and with its tantalizing flavors will enhance any summer meal.

                                                           Chili Crisp Tomato Salad


Ingredients
1 pound heirloom cherry tomatoes, or tomatoes of your choice
1/3 teaspoon kosher salt 
2 1/2 teaspoons chili crisp
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar

Directions
Cut the tomatoes in half, sprinkle with salt and set aside for 5 to 7 minutes.

While the tomatoes are resting, in a small bowl, combine the chili crisp and rice wine vinegar. Mix well and drizzle over the tomatoes.
